How do I make my selection each month?
Everyone's need for a particular month will most likely be different! That's why we offer the opportunity to select which box you need! Two weeks before your subscription box is shipped, you will receive an email from us that will allow you to make your category selection.
What if I don't see the category that I need?
We know that different needs can come up each month. If you do not see a category that you would like to select, please reach out to us at with the option you would like. We will work on getting it added to our list for the future!
How do I track my order?
We completely understand that you are so excited to receive your package each month! When your subscription box for the month is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the order confirmation and tracking ID number.
